Check our rates for the VIP service here.

Please note: additional fees may be added to last-minute requests, changes or cancellations.

Does this rate apply to my return as well?

No, a VIP service booking is for a single trip or each time you use the service. If you wish to use the VIP service for departure and arrival, you must book both services for your return.

Why am I charged additional costs for last-minute changes?

We understand that last-minute changes may be necessary. However, any additional costs resulting from last-minute changes will be your responsibility. Let us explain why there are costs involved.

Why we charge additional costs:

  • Every day, we prepare our operational planning. VIP services are meticulously planned and prepared with our suppliers/partners. Therefore, adjusting our daily capacity would greatly affect our service quality;
  • To cover additional costs or incurred expenses;
  • To avoid further revenue loss from unforeseen capacity changes (e.g., VIP service requests were denied due to VIP researching its full capacity);
  • Maintaining a robust and reliable operational planning process is essential.

Exceptions

Last-minute requests, changes, or cancellations caused by force majeure (such as airline cancellations) are not subject to additional costs.

You can cancel or change a VIP service up to 36 hours before departure or arrival, as these changes can still be considered in the daily planning process.

Last-minute fees are common in the general service industry and at other airports that offer VIP services. This is due to the nature and operation of the service. Last-minute fees are according to market standards for this type of service in terms of pricing and conditions.

Visit our rates page to learn more about additional costs.

My airline cancelled my flight at the last minute. Do I still need to pay for my VIP service?

We do not ask for payment when circumstances beyond your control arise.

Do I have to pay extra if my flight is delayed?

Children up to 2 years can use the VIP service for free. Following our rate card, for children over 2 a co-traveller rate applies ('each subsequent passenger'). If the child is an ‘unaccompanied minor,’ the ‘first passenger’ rate applies.

What are the payment options?
