FAQ's Schiphol Parking

Can I change or cancel a parking reservation?

You can change a reservation until 24 hours beforehand and is free. It is easy to change the dates for parking, the licence plate of the car, or your personal details. Good to know: you will automatically receive a new reservation number when you change your reservation. Carefully save the reservation confirmation; it contains the most up-to-date information.

Do you want to cancel your reservation? If you have selected the cancellation option during the reservation, then you will receive a refund. It is easy to add this option during the reservation process. When cancelling, the €5 charge for adding this cancellation option will not be refunded .

Please note: you can no longer change or extend your reservation in the interim if you have already parked your car.

Where can I find charging stations for my electric car?

  • P1 Parking - Second floor (on the roof), row 206 and 207 - 11 charging stations
  • P3 Garage - Ground floor, to the right of the entrance - 12 charging stations
  • P6 Valet - Ask a staff member when handing in your car keys
  • Privium 1 - First floor, row 101 (Windmill) - 12 charging stations
  • Privium 6 Valet – Ask a staff member when handing in your car keys

Please note: there are no electric charging stations on the P3 Site and Privium 3.
