The Schiphol VIP Service offers a first-class, highly private and personal airport experience. Our services are available to all airline passengers in any ticket class for departing, arriving or connecting flights.
For departures from Schiphol, our team will greet you at the VIP Centre and escort you to your luxury (private) lounge. While you unwind and enjoy our exclusive facilities, our specialists handle your check-in and baggage. Passport control also takes place in the comfort of your lounge. When your flight is ready, we’ll guide you through our private security check and escort you to your flight in a luxury car. When you arrive back at Schiphol and have booked the VIP Service for your return, we will personally greet you as you leave the aircraft, after which you can once again enjoy all our facilities.
Whether you're arriving or catching a connecting flight at Schiphol, you are most welcome to stay at the VIP Centre. As you step off your plane, our chauffeur will greet you and escort you to the VIP Centre. While we handle the rest of the airport formalities you can relax and enjoy our luxury services from the comfort of your lounge. Travelling with hand baggage? Then you can go straight ahead upon arrival. In case of a transfer, one of our luxury cars will take you to your aircraft when it is time.

Already have an account? You can start your reservation request directly via the link below.
In MyVIP, click on ‘New Reservation Request’ or ‘Sign in’. A login screen will appear.
Click ‘Sign up’ and enter your personal details. You will receive a verification email at the address you provided. Please also check your spam or junk folder. Once your account is verified, you can start using MyVIP.
You can log in using the email address and password you chose during registration.
On the MyVIP homepage, you can start a reservation request in two ways: click ‘New Reservation Request’, or navigate via the left-hand menu to ‘My Reservations’ and click ‘Create New Reservation’ at the top.
Fill in all the required details to complete your reservation request. You will receive confirmation of your request by email. Within two working days, we will inform you whether we are able to confirm your reservation.
