Schiphol Regulations

The Schiphol Regulations describe how the airport, the airport infrastructure and facilities provided should be used, as well as how anyone working or visiting the airport should behave. Besides the Schiphol Regulations, there are (inter)national laws and regulations that everyone has to comply with in the airport area.

The Management Board of the N.V. Luchthaven Schiphol, in its capacity as operator of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, has adopted the Schiphol Regulations.

Effective from 1 January 2026

Access policy

The access policy describes the principles that apply to access to secure and protected areas of the airport. The appendices to the access policy include the Schiphol Access Regulations (RTS) and the conditions for obtaining an access pass.

The management Board of N.V. Luchthaven Schiphol, in its capacity as operator of AMS Schiphol Airport, has adopted the Access policy Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and its appendices.
