How do I subscribe for a trial membership? (1)

No, you can only make us of a trial membership once. You can only subscribe for a trial membership if you have not been a Privium member for at least 2 years.

Blijf ik na de proefperiode automatisch Privium lid?

Yes, your membership will auto-renew until cancelled.

The trial subscription starts from the moment you activate your Privium card in the Privium ClubLounge Departures. If you want to cancel your membership, please let us know by filling in this form at least one month before the trial expires.

If you don’t, your membership will be automatically renewed at the standard rate of 260 euros (Privium Plus) or 155 euros (Privium Basic) per year. If your membership is extended, you can terminate your membership by month and receive a refund for the remaining subscription fee.

How do I cancel my Privium trial subscription?

You can not cancel your trial membership during your trial period. Would you like to end your membership after the trial period? Please inform us at least one month ahead of the end of the trial period using My Schiphol.
