It’s great to see you here! In the autumn of 2021, Schiphol starting using a new learning platform: the Schiphol Learning Hub. This is your point of departure for learning and development.

The Schiphol Learning Hub makes learning easy and it helps you and your colleagues stay professionally competent and achieve your ambitions. All your required courses and certifications can be found on the platform. The learning activities relevant to you are automatically available, and you will receive a notification whenever a certification is about to expire. What’s more, in the catalogue you can find a wide range of learning and development activities that will help further your personal development. This way, you and your colleagues will remain at the top of your game.

How can I access the Schiphol Learning Hub

Are you employed by Schiphol or do your work for the airport on a contractual basis? Read more about the Schiphol Learning Hub and how to access the portal here (Dutch language).

Are you employed by one of our business partners? You can log in with your account on If you don’t have an account, please request one from your company representative.

How do I use the Schiphol Learning Hub?

On the platform, under the topic ‘Schiphol Learning Hub’, you’ll find a variety of instructional videos that will help you and your colleagues get acquainted with the learning environment. This will help you get off to a flying start and you’ll be able to find learning activities to suit you right away.
