Clean drinking water: Schiphol serves Marie-Stella-Maris water
Tap water is very clean in the Netherlands, but not everyone around the world has access to the same clean drinking water. To show our commitment to a higher water standards, we sell Marie-Stella-Maris bottled water at Schiphol.
For every bottle of Marie-Stella-Maris that you buy after security at Schiphol, 5 cents will be donated to clean drinking water projects. The Marie-Stella-Maris Foundation will use your contribution to fund nine projects worldwide, under which 18,000 people have already gained access to clean drinking water.

Marie-Stella-Maris water bottles are easy to recycle and half of the PET plastic in each bottle comes from recycled material. That means every bottle you buy at Schiphol is sustainable, and also promotes healthier drinking water worldwide.
