The Schiphol VIP Service is the most exclusive way to travel through Schiphol. Our team ensures a first-class, highly private airport experience matching your every need. While we take care of the airport formalities, you can simply sit back and enjoy our exclusive personal services in one of our suites. The Schiphol VIP Service is available to all airline passengers in any ticket class for arrival, departing or connecting flights.
Would you like to make booking for the VIP Service? To do so, you will need a MyVIP account. Follow the steps below to create an account.
Already have an account? You can start your reservation request directly via the link below.
In MyVIP, click on ‘New Reservation Request’ or ‘Sign in’. A login screen will appear.
Click ‘Sign up’ and enter your personal details. You will receive a verification email at the address you provided. Please also check your spam or junk folder. Once your account is verified, you can start using MyVIP.
You can log in using the email address and password you chose during registration.
On the MyVIP homepage, you can start a reservation request in two ways: click ‘New Reservation Request’, or navigate via the left-hand menu to ‘My Reservations’ and click ‘Create New Reservation’ at the top.
Fill in all the required details to complete your reservation request. You will receive confirmation of your request by email. Within two working days, we will inform you whether we are able to confirm your reservation.
The VIP Centre is separated from the main terminals. We will greet you at the VIP Centre and escort you to one of our unique designed lounges. A lounge where you can relax, work or enjoy spending time with your travel company at complete discretion.
While you relax and enjoy the comfort of your private lounge, our team handles your check-in and baggage. The passport control takes place in the comfort of the VIP Centre as well. When it's time to go, we guide you through our private security check and escort you to the plane in a luxury car.
