Prize giveaway Schiphol Survey: Promotional Terms and Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as: the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to Schiphol's prize giveaway (‘Giveaway’) regarding the “Schiphol Retail, Horeca and Services Survey”, hereinafter to be referred to as the “Promotion” organized by Schiphol Commercial B.V., with its business address at (1118 CP) Schiphol on Evert van de Beekstraat 202, hereinafter to be referred to as “Schiphol”.

  2. Anyone who takes part in the survey via one of the methods (clicking through via pop-up on Landing page Schiphol, scanning QR code or through a face-to-face interview can take part in the Promotion and have a chance to win one of the three portable speakers, hereinafter referred to as "Prize": 3x JBL Charge 5 Portable Bluetooth Speaker. (worth € 159).

  3. Participation in this promotion is open to everyone who has reached the age of 18 and has purchased something in one of the presented shops and/or catering establishments (landside or airside) or only visited and/or has made use of one of the presented services, hereinafter referred to a "Participant(s)".

  4. Visitors to Schiphol may receive a pop-up inviting them to complete the questionnaire online via logging in to Wi-Fi on the Landing page, or may scan a QR code or can be approached by interviewers to complete the questionnaire. The Participant scans the QR code after which the questionnaire opens, or in the case of the pop-up on the Landing Page, the questionnaire opens via a click-through. The interviewer takes the questionnaire using a tablet. At the end of the questionnaire, the Participant will be given the option to leave his or her email address in order to confirm the participation. After his, the Participant can officially take part in the Giveaway activity. Each Participant can participate in the Giveaway one time.

  5. The winner of the Promotion will be notified personally via Direct Research by e-mail. The e-mail explains how the winner can receive the Prize.

  6. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant declares that he/she agrees with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

  7. The Promotion will run from February 26 to end of May 2024 (the “Promotional Period”).

  8. The Giveaway and Promotion is free to enter.

  9. The Prize may not be exchanged for for money or a voucher.

  10. Schiphol reserves the right to terminate, interrupt or modify the Giveaway and/or amend the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at its own discretion and without prior notification being required if circumstances give cause to do so, without any obligation vis-à-vis the Participants for compensation of loss or damage. The most up-to-date and prevailing Terms and Conditions can be consulted at all times via www.schiphol.nl/onderzoek.

  11. No guarantee can be given with regard to the correctness, reliability, changes or content of the Promotion’s web pages. Schiphol is in no way responsible for unsuccessful attempts to participate in the Promotion.

  12. If there is a suspicion of fraud or unlawful influencing of the Promotional Campaign, Schiphol reserves the right to exclude Participants from the Promotion.

  13. The Promotion and the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising in relation thereto will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
