The VIP service makes any kind of travel a breeze. We handle your passport checks and baggage for you, so you have more time to sit back and relax.
Passport formalities
As part of the VIP service, we take care of passport entry or exit visas for our guests. At departure we guide you through a private security check, so there will be no queues to contend with. If necessary, a passport officer will be there to complete any pre-departure checks.
Baggage processing
We handle all of your baggage quickly and efficiently. When you depart through the VIP centre, we will deliver your bags directly to your plane.
If you plan to arrive or transfer with us, we will collect your bags directly from the plane, and have them ready for you in the VIP centre.
