The sale of suitcases on social media is a scam

There are currently various accounts active on Facebook and Instagram using Schiphol's name or a derivative thereof to sell suitcases that have apparently been left behind at the airport. We would like to warn you that this is in fact a scam.

We never sell left behind baggage in this manner and we are in no way associated with these parties and their activities. We therefore advise you not to do business with them.

If you encounter one of these fake accounts on social media, do not transfer any money and report the account.
