Failure in baggage system Terminal 3

This morning, there was a failure in the baggage system in Terminal 3. Luckily, the systems are up and running again, but it will take some time before our baggage operation is running as normal again.

Advice

We are doing our utmost to assure that every suitcase is delivered to its proper owner as soon as possible, but travellers still have to take into account longer waiting times at baggage reclaim. Our sincere apolgies!
