Would you like help with carrying your baggage at the airport? You can make use of our special porter service. Our porters are at your service 24 hours a day, whether you arrive at or depart from Schiphol.
When you travel to or from Schiphol, our porters can help you with your baggage from the taxi rank, bus station, train station or Kiss & Ride to the check-in desks in the departure halls. Or the other way round (from the reclaim hall) when you land at Schiphol.
If you’d like to make use of our porter service, make sure you book ahead. Send an e-mail to email@example.com at least 5 days prior and we will ensure that there will be a porter to help you. Include the following details in your e-mail:
- Your name and telephone number.
- The number of items you need carrying.
- When you want to make use of the service (date and time).
- Whether you are landing at or departing from Schiphol.
- Any other relevant details, for example regarding shape, size or contents.
The rate you pay for the porter service depends, among other things, on how much baggage you have with you. There is a minimum rate of € 15. After you send us an e-mail requesting a porter, we’ll send you a personal quote. You pay the porter on site using a debit or credit card.
Do you have reduced mobility or walking difficulties? We offer extra assistance to people who have difficulty in getting around the airport and/or using our facilities independently. Read more about extra assistance at Schiphol here.
