Meet & Assist Service

There will be someone to welcome your guests at Schiphol with our Meet & Assist service. One of our friendly and professional hosts will receive your visitors – either at the plane door, or with a personalized sign in the Departures or Arrivals Hall. They will also be happy to help with baggage, and guide your guest(s) to where they need to be. Please contact us with any particular requests and we will be happy to accommodate as best we can.

Please note: As of 3 November 2025, the new European Entry/Exit System (EES) will come into effect at Schiphol. More information about this can be found here.
