The Macallan Colour Collection is composed of 12, 15, 18, 21 and 30 year old single malt whiskies. It is a visual celebration of colour, the natural colour of the whiskies, as each and every whisky is produced by The Macallan is 100% natural colour, which comes from the new make spirit’s interaction with exceptional sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez de la Frontera in Spain. The Colour Collection 15 Years Old presents whisky which has been matured in American oak casks, harmoniously complemented with a subtle inclusion from European oak. The packaging’s colours have been carefully chosen to complement the rich beech tone of the whisky within. This is an echo of the strikingly pale terroir of Jerez de la Frontera.

Celebrating over four decades of collaboration with Spain's finest sherry cask makers, the Paez family, we created this 10 year old single malt whiskey, aged for a minimum of 10 years in bourbon and sherry casks, married and finished in aromatic oloroso sherry butts from the Paez-Morilla bodega, Jerez, Spain. The result: The honeyed maltiness of the regular Bushmills 10 year old is intensified in this darker flavoured liquid, available only in Global Travel Retail.
