Our luxury Privium Lounges provide a place to relax, work, and enjoy great food. If you are not a Privium Plus or Partner member and would like to experience the comfort of our lounges, you can gain one-time access to a lounge of your choice with the Privium Lounge Voucher.

Good to know

Here's some helpful information to consider before visiting our Privium Lounges.

  • You book the voucher for the day you fly.
  • A voucher allows one-time entry to one Privium Lounge of choice.
  • Bring a valid passport or European ID card and boarding pass when you check into your lounge.
  • Children from the age of 12 are welcome at our lounges.*
  • You have access to one of the lounges up to 3 hours before the departure of your flight.
  • There is a maximum group size of 4 people, with the exception of larger families with children over 12 years old.
  • If you wish to stay longer, it is possible to purchase an additional voucher at the counter.
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancellation.

*In the ExpressLounge at Eindhoven Airport, children under 12 are also welcome.

Privium Lounges

  • Privium ClubLounge Departures (before security)

The Privium ClubLounge Departures is open daily from 05:30 - 21:00. The lounge is located before security between Departures 1-2, just behind check-in desk 9.

  • Privium ClubLounge West (after security - non-Schengen, lounge 43)

The Privium ClubLounge West is open all days from 05:30 - 21:00. The lounge is the Dutch Bar & Kitchen restaurant at Holland Boulevard, Pier-E.

  • Privium ExpressLounge (after security - Schengen, lounge 28)

The Privium ExpressLounge is open daily from 05:30 - 21:00. This lounge is after security checks, on the second floor of Lounge 1, at the beginning of Pier-D.

  • Privium ExpressLounge Eindhoven (after security, opposite gates 11 and 12)

You can also enjoy the facilities of a Privium Lounge at Eindhoven Airport. The lounge can be found on the first floor, next to the Starbucks.

All lounges are open from 05:30 to 21:00.
