Claim a refund for parking costs

Did you pay too much, or did something go wrong with your parking reservation? You can request a refund here.

When can you request a refund?

You can submit a request in the following situations:

  • You paid twice
  • Something went wrong while entering or exiting the parking location
  • You incurred costs that are incorrect
  • You have another reason (please provide an explanation)

What do you need?

Make sure you have these details ready:

  • The reservation number, vehicle registration number or email address used to make the reservation
  • Parking ticket
  • Proof of payment(s)

This is how you request a refund

  1. Fill in the form below
  2. Add the supporting documents
  3. Send your request

You’ll then receive a confirmation email.

How long will it take?

We do our best to process your request as quickly as possible, but within 7 working days at the latest (we’re often quicker than that!).

If your request is approved, we’ll refund the amount to your account.
