Do my employees have to be in possession of a Dutch passport to make use of Privium?

No, if your employees are in possession of a valid passport or European ID-card from one of the countries in the European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland or Iceland, they can become a Privium member.

Which online payment methods are accepted by Privium?

You can pay your invoices online using iDeal, Mastercard and Visa.

What extra benefits will my employees receive using Privium?

Despite the class your employees travel in – economy, business or first – they will always travel comfortably using the Privium Plus Company membership. Furthermore, your employees can:

  • Pass check points faster than lightning: Your employees will pass security faster than the speed of light to then quickly pass the passport check point. There they will make use of the iris scan, which is available in every arrival- and departure hall. Passing the passport checkpoint will take about 10 seconds. Quick, simple and efficient;

How do I manage the Privium invoices?

Currently you can check your invoices via e-invoice. As of 2021 you can check your invoices via My Schiphol.

Is there also a Basic company membership option?

No, there is only the Plus company membership option.
