Data processing: Passenger satisfaction survey

Which personal or other data do we process?
At the airport you may be asked about your experiences with Schiphol as part of a passenger satisfaction survey. In addition to your experiences with Schiphol, we will also ask you for your age, gender and nationality. We will never ask you for your name or contact details.

Why do we process your (personal) data?
We conduct passenger satisfaction surveys with the aim of improving our services at the airport.

You will also be asked beforehand if you wish to participate in the survey. Participation is voluntary and you may always refuse to provide certain information.

If you are younger than sixteen years old, your parent or caregiver will first be asked to provide permission for your participation.

How long do we retain your details?
The results of the passenger satisfaction surveys are processed in reports. We do not retain data that can be traced to an individual.

Who do we share your data with?
We share the results of the passenger satisfaction surveys with the retail units at the airport. These results do not contain any personal data.
