Park Cafe is undoubtedly the most relaxing place at Schiphol. It’s the only café after passport control that has a lovely outdoor terrace. Buy a sandwich, fresh salad, juice or hamburger made with your favourite ingredients, then pull up a lounge chair (or a beanbag) and watch the world go by.
