Our hard work has paid off: in February, several new shops opened for business on piers F and G.

AKO on Pier G
On February 8, an AKO pop-up store opened its doors on Pier G. Travellers could already get a nice cuppa and a freshly made sandwich at Kiosk G5 next door, and now they can drop by AKO to get a book, newspaper or magazine to read along with their refreshments.
Dutch Discoveries and WHSmith
But AKO isn’t the only shop to pop up on Schiphol’s piers: two new retailers recently opened their doors on Pier F. At the end of the pier, the space previously occupied by an espresso bar is now home to Dutch Discoveries. This shop, which specialises in authentic Dutch souvenirs, is the ideal place to stop and pick up some gifts before getting on your flight. Another new addition to Pier F opened on 18 February: WHSmith offers a wide range of fun gifts, photo albums and e-books, and is located next to the recently added See Buy Fly shop.
Although renovations are still in full swing, there’s already plenty to see and do on the piers!
