Training course Schiphol That’s me

Each year, we welcome over 70 million passengers to Schiphol. They come from all corners of the globe. One person may be travelling for business, while another may be returning from holiday or making a scheduled stopover at Schiphol. During the Schiphol, That’s me workshop, we focus our attention on these passengers in an interactive way. At the end of the training course, you will have enhanced your knowledge of our passengers and gained tools that will help you show passengers even more hospitality than before.

Due to COVID-19, we dot not currently have any That's me sessions planned. Nevertheless, you can broaden your knowledge by following the Hospitality e-training which provides specific tips on how you can offer passengers the best possible experience during their time at Schiphol.
