Biannual groundwater monitoring storage facilities

In consultation with the Dorpsraad Badhoevedorp, Schiphol has agreed to carry out additional monitoring of the groundwater at the temporary storage facilities for soil containing PFAS. As a result, groundwater testing is conducted twice a year at storage locations. 

Together with the Dorpsraad, specific threshold and action values have been established, along with clear follow-up steps in the event of any exceedances.
