The deadline to initiate legal proceedings against the provisional award of Schiphol’s ground handling tender has now passed. Schiphol has received three writs of summons, from Aviapartner, Menzies and Swissport.
We are reviewing these carefully. As long as the legal proceedings are ongoing, we will not comment on the substance of the cases. Court hearings are scheduled for 2 September 2026, and we expect a ruling by the end of September at the latest. Following the ruling, we will be able to make the award decision final. The transition timeline remains unchanged, including the intended start date of 28 March 2027.
