On Tuesday 30 June, Schiphol announced which three parties had been awarded provisional contracts for ground handling at Schiphol. These are: Dnata, KLM and Viggo.
We understand that the announcement of the provisional award may provoke strong feelings and raise questions. We are therefore reopening the information point at Schiphol Plaza and, together with the FNV, are on hand to help you find answers to your questions.
