Decision of the Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management, dated 30
April 2024.
This agreement was reached by Aviapartner, dnata, Menzies, Swissport, Viggo (all represented in the WPBL), the FNV trade union, and Schiphol. It sets out how the transition of personnel resulting from the tendering process will be handled, and ensures that clear agreements are in place to offer employees certainty. KLM is subject to agreements within its own organisation.
Schiphol Nederland B.V. (Schiphol) and the trade unions FNV and CNV (the Trade Unions) have had consultations in 2022 and 2023 with each other regarding terms and conditions of employment and working conditions at the Schiphol location with the aim of reaching a social agreement for the Schiphol location.
We want to ensure that people working at Schiphol have sufficient income and job security and a good work-life balance.
