‘Why are there fewer planes flying over my house?’ Wondered Tyler (12) from Assendelft. As a Kids Reporter, Tyler was able to visit Schiphol and search for the answer to his question. One of the places he visited was the Polderbaan Runway and the nearby control tower. The first Kids Reporter episode is out now on YouTube.

YouTube Kids Reporters
Tyler is one of five Kids Reporters at Schiphol. Fellow reporters Evy (12) and Maarten (13) from Aalsmeer, Linde (11) from Abcoude and Liesl (11) from Hoofddorp will be visiting the airport in the coming months to find the answers to their questions too. They’ll have special access to various Schiphol locations, such as the baggage basement and fire station. And our young reporters will of course record everything in a YouTube video.
