Submitting a complaint to the Badge Centre
Are things not going the way you had hoped? Do you have any complaints about applying for a Schiphol Pass, Schiphol Day Pass, Visitor Pass or Vehicle Pass? If so, send an email to Schiphol Group's Badge Centre Control and specify the nature of the problem in as much detail as possible: email@example.com.
Suggestions for the Badge Centre
Do you have an idea which would help to improve the pass and pass application procedures? Suggestions can also be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Badge Centre Control will contact you within five working days.
