Employers pass costs: Employers

Would you like to find out more about the costs associated with Schiphol Passes? We have listed the most important information for you below.

White and grey Schipholpass fee

The price for a white and grey Schipholpass has been adjusted upwards by 1.7% to €49.83 in 2024. This is in connection with the expected inflation.

Parking Pass fee

Call Schiphol Parking at +31 20 601 4296 (option 2) or email parkeren@schiphol.nl to find out the current parking authorisation fee.

AIVD fee

Some Schiphol Passes require security screening by the General Intelligence and Security Service of the Netherlands (AIVD). For example, employees will need a Certificate of No Objection (VGB) for passes which provide access to the secured and protected areas of the airport. These costs (€177 per request) will be passed on to you.

For more information, visit www.aivd.nl or email the Security Screening Business Unit: vf@minbzk.nl..

Invoices

Schiphol issues invoices for passes on the basis of a calendar year. Each year, we choose a reference date on which we check which passes an employer has in circulation.
You will pay the full annual fee for all the passes, even if employees have only used them for a few weeks or months.

Returning a pass

Is a pass no longer being used? If so, return it to the Badge Centre. Otherwise, it will remain in the system and you will continue to be charged for it. As soon as the pass has been returned, we will delete it from the system and you will no longer be invoiced for it after the next reference date.

What if a pass cannot be returned? In this case, employers must pay an administration fee of €50.
