Schiphol Commercial Real Estate welcomes Andrea Scepanovic in her new position of Leasing Manager. In the Commercial Real Estate business area, Andrea is responsible for leasing new office developments and existing office and business spaces.
Andrea will be responsible for leasing buildings at all of Schiphol's business locations: Schiphol Central Business District, Schiphol-Oost, Schiphol-Zuid/Zuidoost and Schipho-Noord. These business parks are home to approximately 500 companies with a total of over 65,000 employees. Together, the buildings provide more than 213,000 m2 of office space and 274,400 m2 of business space. Andrea will also focus on leasing the newest and most sustainable office development at Schiphol: THE GROVE, where over 9,100 m2 lettable floor space can be leased by a single tenant or by several tenants individually.
Previously Andrea worked for almost 4 years in the Capital Markets department of Cushman & Wakefield. There she provided her clients with strategic acquisition/disposition advice of retail, residential and healthcare real estate and transaction process guidance.
