Dura Vermeer expands in Cornerstone
Dura Vermeer Groep N.V. has expanded and extended its lease agreement with Schiphol Real Estate in the Cornerstone building at Business Park Rotterdam The Hague Airport. The expansion concerns approximately 1,170 m² of high quality office space and 25 additional parking spaces. This brings the total leased space to approx. 7,520 m², including 237 parking spaces in the underground parking garage. With this, Dura Vermeer’s headquarters becomes the largest tenant in Cornerstone.
Cornerstone is a sustainable office building, awarded an A+++ energy label and a BREEAM In‑Use “Good” certification. The building is characterized by its iconic architecture and high‑quality, modern office spaces with abundant natural light thanks to the large glass façades. This combination of design, comfort, and natural daylight creates a particularly pleasant and inspiring working environment.
