Schiphol | Development of a new cargo building

We ensure the continuous development of the Schiphol area and our real estate portfolio. In this context, Schiphol Real Estate is starting the development of a new cargo building, taking the next step toward a future-proof layout of the airport’s logistics hub.

It will be a modern and sustainable cargo building with a maximum size of 80,000 m². Functionality is central to the design, in line with the logistical nature and the intensive operational processes that come together here.

For this development, two European tenders have been published via Mercell for the selection of an architect and an MEP/installation consultant. The selection phase has started; based on the public notice, parties can request the selection guidelines and submit their application.
