News: Update: Our approach to COVID-19

Every day, the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus are changing. As always, we are committed to keeping you updated as much – and as soon – as possible.

Via this link we would like to share with you, the official statement from our CCO Birgit Otto. This regards the new situation at Schiphol, that will take effect the 24th of March.

What this means for you

Unfortunately, we find ourselves in circumstances far outside our control. And like everyone else, we are simply doing the best we can to manage the consequences.

We are working on a number of ways that we can help you limit the effects of this unexpected change, such as extending the length of your campaign, rescheduling your campaign for a later date, or adding your currently purchased media objects to a new campaign later this year or next year. As you understand, with the large number of companies currently running campaigns at the airport, we cannot guarantee anything. But we will do our utmost to offer you the best possible solution.

If your campaign is about to start, or already has started, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the specific consequences for you, and to discuss possible solutions. Of course, with many clients and partners to call, this may take some time. We thank you for your patience.
