BAS launches updated website

The Local Community Contact Centre Schiphol (BAS) has updated its website. The information and reporting centre for residents living in the area around Schiphol aims to be more accessible and transparent.

The new BAS website has a fresh look, a new corporate identity, and improved navigation. Visitors can find up-to-date information on runway use and air traffic, among other things. The ‘Report Insights’ page has been redesigned and made more accessible, as has the flight tracker, which can be found directly on the homepage.

Request from local residents

The update, which was discussed with the advisory group, was requested by local residents. The updated website now makes it easier for visitors to submit reports, view reports, and contact the BAS team.

New mobile app

In addition to the updated website, a new mobile app will be launched soon. This app should make it even faster and easier for residents to submit reports and find information. The app will be available for both iOS and Android.
