E-learnings and Tests for Your Schiphol Pass

These e-learnings and tests are required for your Schiphol pass: 

Prior to your appointment at the Badge Center: 

• Complete the e-learnings necessary for your Schiphol pass. 
• These e-learnings will teach you the Schiphol rules and how we work together safely at Schiphol. 

During your appointment at the Badge Center: 

• Take the Safety & Security test. 
• The questions are based on what you learned in the e-learning(s). 
  
  

 Annually thereafter: 

• You will receive a short refresher training of the e-learnings each year. 
• This ensures that everyone working here stays up to date on safety at Schiphol. 

• You will receive an email detailing which e-learnings you need to complete. 
• For each e-learning, you will receive a certificate that you must present at the Badge Center, either printed or on your phone. 
• The e-learning(s) you need to complete depend on the authorisations on your Schiphol pass. 
• Without completing the e-learning(s), you cannot collect your Schiphol pass. 

• The test will include questions based on the information from the e-learning(s). 
• For a blue or orange pass, you will also have some listening questions. 
• You can take the test in Dutch or English. 

• You will receive an annual reminder via email about the refresher training that you need to complete online. 
• The annual refresher training is mandatory.
