Schiphol never sleeps; we are on the move 24/7. This means that you will often be working in the vicinity of our customers, such as passengers, visitors and other people at the airport. Always bear them in mind and keep any inconvenience to a minimum.

Golden Rule 12: I cause as little inconvenience to passengers and visitors as possible

  • Keep construction areas closed.
  • Do not leave materials behind unsupervised in passenger areas.
  • Minimise the risk of falling objects in passenger areas.
  • Take account of visitors and passengers around your workspace.
