Security is extremely important at Schiphol. Strict rules therefore apply to employees with a Schiphol Pass. You can read about them on this page, as well as about the consequences if you fail to comply with the rules.
Pass confiscation
If there is a suspicion that your Schiphol Pass is being misused, it can be confiscated by an airport official. In this case, the pass will not be returned or will not be returned immediately. Instead, you will be contacted by Schiphol's Airport Authority Office. This will be followed by administrative handling or, in the event of an infringement, a meeting by the Sanctions Committee. Any sanctions will be determined at that time.
