Make an appointment online

Your Schiphol Pass can be collected from the Badge Centre by appointment only. You can make an appointment online by selecting a date and time with the form below. If your Schiphol pass was lost, stolen, broken or damaged, you do not need to make an appointment – please visit the Badge Centre and talk to reception.

Information for employees

Please use this checklist before you make an appointment.

  • Check that your employer has requested the right type of pass for you with the status ‘Visit BC’ (‘Bezoek BC’)
  • To get either a Schiphol Pass or a Schiphol Day Pass, you must hold a document called a ‘Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar’. Please visit the website of AVID for more information.
  • You do not need to have a ‘Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar’ document if your employer only requested a company or parking pass for you
  • Once you have chosen a date, you will receive an email to confirm the appointment. It contains a list of things to bring along with you.
