Minimise inconvenience for customers

Schiphol never sleeps; we are on the move 24/7. This means that you will often be working in the vicinity of our customers, such as passengers, visitors and other people at the airport. Always bear them in mind and keep any inconvenience to a minimum.

Golden Rule: I cause as little inconvenience as possible to passengers and visitors

  • Keep construction areas closed;
  • Do not leave materials unattended in passenger areas;
  • Minimize the risk of falling objects in passenger areas;
  • Be mindful of visitors and passengers around your worksite.
