Coaches at Schiphol

Touring coaches can drop off or pick up their passengers at the Koepelstraat.

The location for touring coaches offers several advantages for drivers and passengers:

  • Traffic here can be regulated better than in the situation before 2024.
  • Passengers can walk dry to the stop.
  • The route from the terminal to the stop is safer due to fewer pedestrian crossings.
  • During busy times, there is a host available for drivers and passengers.
  • The location for touring coaches along Koepelstraat is clearly indicated: you can follow the signs ‘Touring coaches’.

Koepelstraat fees

Parking at the new location costs €19.95 (incl. VAT) for the first 25 minutes. After that it is €13.35 (incl. VAT) for every subsequent 15 minutes. You can pay electronically at the parking location. If you frequently travel to Schiphol to pick up or drop off passengers, you can also get a contract (at a reduced fee). Longer parking?

If you arrive at Koepelstraat earlier than planned, it is possible to park there. However, spots are limited. Drivers who have to wait longer can park for free at the P41 car park. You can stay here for up to 6 hours and have access to a waiting area and toilet. It takes approximately 10 minutes to drive to Schiphol Centre from P41. Press the intercom at P41 for access and report your arrival at the kiosk.

Conditions for access

Only vehicles that fall under the Road Traffic Act, category Bus (M2 or M3), have access to the coach stops. These are motor vehicles with 4 or more wheels and 9 or more seats, including the driver’s seat.

Departure passage

For departures, only vehicles weighing up to 30 tonnes and with a maximum axle load of 7.5 tonnes can drop off passengers here free of charge. Heavier vehicles, such as coaches, do not have access to the departure passage. Coaches may drop off their passengers at the Arrivals Passage on Koepelstraat. To do so, follow the ‘Touring Coaches’ signs.
