Do you have a connection to one of the Schiphol Utilities networks and want to terminate it? Fill out the form below. Read more about the steps from request to completion of the termination.

To terminate your agreement(s) or connection(s)—for example, because you are vacating the premises or no longer need the connection(s) due to demolition or the energy transition—you must submit a request by completing the termination form. Fill out this form as completely as possible. After you send it to us, we will assess whether the form contains all the necessary information to process your request. If not, we will contact you.

Once your request is approved, we follow these steps in the termination process:

  1. Schiphol Utilities sends confirmation that the termination form has been received and is complete.
  2. You receive an estimate of the one-time removal costs for your connection(s).
  3. Upon mutual agreement, we set the final date on which the (transport) service will be discontinued. You then report this date as the 'move-out date' to your energy supplier (electricity and/or gas).
  4. We send a final invoice for our (transport) services for the last month.
  5. We deactivate the connection(s) and begin removing the metering equipment and connection(s).
  6. We send the invoice for the removal costs.
  7. We terminate the transport agreement(s) and complete all administrative tasks.
