Royal Schiphol Group also owns and operates the regional airports Rotterdam The Hague Airport, Eindhoven Airport and Lelystad Airport. In addition, we have a majority stake of 51 percent in Eindhoven Airport and a 40 percent minority stake in Maastricht Aachen Airport. These regional airports are also being developed based on the AirportCity concept.

Together with the Province of Noord-Brabant and the Municipality of Eindhoven, Royal Schiphol Group is the joint owner of Eindhoven Airport. It is an efficient airport with scheduled services and holiday flights to numerous European destinations. In 2024, 6.8 million travellers used this regional airport.

Rotterdam The Hague Airport

Royal Schiphol Group is 100 percent owner and operator of Rotterdam The Hague Airport. In 2024, 2.24 million travellers used this regional airport to fly to commercial and tourist destinations.

Lelystad Airport

Lelystad Airport is a full subsidiary of Royal Schiphol Group. Lelystad has been developed into an airport for leisure traffic. Currently, it is the Netherlands’ largest airport for general aviation, the international designation for private and business flights using aircraft for no more than twenty passengers.

Maastricht Aachen Airport

Royal Schiphol Group owns Maastricht Aachen Airport together with the province of Limburg. We are joining forces with Maastricht Aachen Airport to make the airport more sustainable, with innovation and electric flying as key priorities. The collaboration also focuses on cargo handling and innovations in that area.
