As Director of HR, I get energy from working with my dedicated HR team to make Schiphol better every day. Over the coming years, we will focus on improving the quality of our HR products and the services we provide to all Schiphol colleagues, across all roles and organisational units. Improving the employee experience is central to this. We are using technology to make our work more efficient and future-proof – particularly considering the ongoing labour shortage – but we never lose sight of the human aspect. After all, Schiphol ultimately relies on the dedication of our colleagues. HR contributes to this by investing specifically in the development of people and the organisation, thereby building a Schiphol that is ready for the future. It’s a mission I take great pleasure in working on every day.
