KLM to increase frequency on Mumbai
This winter season KLM will increase its frequencies to Mumbai from 3 weekly to 4 weekly. The launch of Amsterdam-Mumbai by KLM was last year October. The total amount of passenger services from Amsterdam to India will be 32 weekly flights.
New at Schiphol: A350-1000 by Cathay Pacific
As of December 1st 2018, Cathay Pacific will operate its route Amsterdam-Hong Kong with an Airbus A350-1000. They will be the first airline to operate this type of aircraft to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
TUI fly will add two new destinations
Coming winter TUI fly will start weekly flights to Zanzibar and Mombasa. The first flight will start on November 6. The route will be Amsterdam- Zanzibar- Mombasa – Amsterdam and will be carried out with a B787-8, offering seating to 305 passengers. Both destinations will be new for Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
El Al to increase seat capacity this Summer
El Al will increase seat capacity to Amsterdam during the Summer peak when operating with a weekly B747-400 and several B767’s instead of the regular B737-900.
KLM to lower frequency to Luanda and Windhoek
KLM announced that they will decrease the frequency from Amsterdam to Luanda and Windhoek from 3 to 2 weekly services this winter.
