China Southern Airlines has announced Beijing Daxing International Airport as a new destination from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. From 26 March, the start of the summer season, this new direct route to this new airport in Beijing will be flown 5 times a week. The flights will be operated with an Airbus A330-300.

The flights to Guangzhou will be scaled up and will be operated with an Airbus A350-900. Until now China Southern flew 1 time a week to this destination, this will be extended to 3 times a week. On the other hand, they will stop with the direct flights to Shenzhen.
With the new flights that China Southern will operate from the coming summer schedule, the total number of direct flights from Schiphol to China will be 8 flights per week.
