Concerns with security staff
Questions or concerns about any mistreatment by the security guards at Schiphol must be addressed to the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee. Follow the link to file an online report. The Royal Netherlands Marechaussee supervises all security staff, so Schiphol is not able to handle queries of this nature.
