Regular maintenance will be carried out on Schiphol-Oostbaan and the surrounding taxiways from Saturday, September 22 to Sunday, September 30. During this time, the Schiphol-Oostbaan, which is normally used by small business air traffic, will be temporarily out of service and air traffic will be diverted to other runways.

What’s happening
When we perform regular maintenance works on the runways, we remove rubber from the tracks, as well as repair the asphalt and concrete. We also do maintenance work on the rainwater drainage system and thoroughly clean the runway lighting.
