Nine colleagues coach talent

This year, Schiphol Group will once again participate in Diversity Policy Expertise Centre ECHO's national mentor programme. Recently, the nine mentors assumed their role during a kick-off meeting.

The programme runs from November 2016 through June 2017. During this period, our mentors will coach Dutch students with a non-Western background. These students are about to graduate at either the higher professional education or university level and enter the job market.

Getting better acquainted with our diverse target group

This is the second time that Schiphol Group is involved in the joint mentor programme in which ABN Amro, the municipality of Amsterdam, Google, Hogan Lovells, KPN, KPMG and Shell are also participating. It is a great opportunity for Schiphol Group to get better acquainted with our diverse target group while simultaneously coaching first-time job seekers.

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol aims to become the most sustainable airport in the world. Check-in to Sustainability represents all our efforts in the area of sustainability.
