Meetings will be held on 28th and 29th September, and on 6th, 7th and 8th October. Three of these will be on location in Aalsmeer, Assendelft and Nieuwe Wetering, and two will be online. On the website minderhinderschiphol.nl you can see how Schiphol and LVNL are working to limit disturbance caused by air traffic. The nuisance reduction measures are linked to four themes: runway use, aircraft types, flight routes and procedures during the day and flying at night. All measures have been developed on the basis of suggestions and proposals from local residents, administrators, the Regioforum of the Schiphol Environmental Council (ORS), the top 20 complaints from the Local Community Contact Centre Schiphol (BAS), our own expertise and innovations in aviation techniques and systems.
