News: Circular initiatives at the EndLESS Amsterdam exhibition

Amsterdam wants to be fully circular by 2050. In order to make this sustainable goal tangible, an exhibition EndLESS Amsterdam has been opened that is entirely dedicated to the circular city. This exhibition also shows some of Schiphol's circular initiatives, such as the dismantling of cargo building 18 and the former hangar that now serves as the North junction bus station.

Sustainable aviation

EndLESS Amsterdam is intended to give visitors more depth and inspiration about circularity. Denise Pronk, sustainability advisor at Schiphol, is enthusiastic about the airport's contribution to the exhibition. ‘It's great that we can show concrete results in the field of circularity to a broad audience. We are ambitious when it comes to making aviation more sustainable. The request to participate in the exhibition is a recognition of our efforts in the field of sustainability'.
